Omas Nest is a spacious 3 1/2 room apartment consisting of: a kitchen-living room, a very spacious living room (with tiled stove & a sleeping option for a 4th person - couch in the living room) and a stone pine-paneled bedroom for quiet, relaxing nights and restful sleep and a small additional room. 1 parking space is available. The price excludes the city tax of €2.60 per person per night. The space The price does not include the visitor's tax, which is to be paid to the municipality - that is 2.60 per person per day. Sorry! Children up to the age of 16 are exempt from this tax. Part of the garden (as shown in the pictures) can be used. Included is a starter package that includes: fresh cleaning supplies for the kitchen, toilet paper, kitchen roll, dishwashing detergent, dishwashing tabs and coffee tabs. Linens and towels are of course provided. Guest access A shared use of a part of the garden is possible - as shown in the pictures. In the garden there is currently an above-ground pool - here a shared use is basically not intended. !! No liability is assumed for the pool!!
