Excellent location, self contained, Dawlish

My apartment is close to The beach, the train station, the South Devon Exe cycle route, overlooking the lovely lawn teeming with ducks, geese and of course our famous black swans, shops, pubs, cafes and restaurants.. You’ll love my apartment because of the exceptional location, very high standard of decor and furnishings, the attention to detail to ensure your visit is enjoyable and stress free.. My apartment is good for couples, solo adventurers, business travellers, and families. The space This light, spacious apartment has very recently been modernised and decorated. Access through the apartment is easy with only a few steps to negotiate. The main bedroom has a lovely view onto the Lawn, but with triple, opaque glazing is quiet and private. There are two bed options; one kings size or twin beds, both beds and mattresses are brand new! There is plenty of storage space. The second bedroom has a 3' day bed which easily converts into a generous 5'6" double/ twin bed Please be aware that there is restricted space in the room when the bed is opened into twin/double, hence it is not made up in advance of guest arrival. The window overlooks the rear courtyard, seating area. The bathroom has a large 1 metre walk in shower. the open plan living space is divided into a snug for reading and TV with access to outside courtyard with seating and BBQ, and dining area which leads through to a very well appointed and equipped kitchen. Guest access The entire apartment is for the use of our guests. There is access via the front door or for muddy boots, cycles and wet dogs there is a rear passage way leading to the back entrance via the courtyard with outside tap and access to the kitchen. This rear access is shared with a neighbour but is very safe and private. Other things to note Outside the apartment parking is restricted to meter payment during the daytime (9am to 6pm), however dropping off and collection is not a problem. After 6pm, parking in the street is free and always available. There is a large carpark a short walk from the apartment and weekly parking permits are available from the Tourist Information Centre.
