The space Apos Roof accommodates one or two people with a cozy living room with a dining area, a fireplace (free wood included), 50' inch smart tv, fully equipped kitchen (microwave oven, induction kitchen, air fryer, etc), a full bathroom, a big bedroom and a big balcony with a barbeque (free wood and charcoal included). ❄️🔆Two air condition units one in the bedroom and one in the living room. 💧 Special filters in the kitchen and the shower for crystal clean water. 🍊 Fresh fruits and a variety of herbs for tea. Coffee : espresso capsules, Greek and instant. ✨Many different kinds of lights to create a variety of sceneries depending on your mood, while the big balcony rewards with a great city and sky view. Guest access Please note the apartment is on the 3rd floor and there is no elevator. I will gladly help you with your luggage when you arrive and leave the property if you want to. Also, i can store for some time your luggage in a space in the building . Other things to note Easy parking in the area and there is also a yard with lots of parking space where you will be able to also have visual contact with your car from the balcony (see photo 25/33) .The apartment has quick access to Kiffisias Avenue and Attiki Odos while it is 10 minutes walking through quiet streets to the Neratziotissa train station and 15 to the Athens shopping mall. Within a 10 minute walk distance there are : 3 pharmacies, a super market, two mini markets, 3 bakeries, two hair saloons and parks, two good local taverns and a wine/tobacco shop (details in the manual of the house) .
