We have warehouses, pharmacies, department store and gas station nearby. We are 8 minutes from Playa el Borrego by car and 15 minutes on foot. We also have the bay of Matanchén, Aticama, Miramar and Los Cocos a short drive away. The space Our house has 2 bedrooms. One upstairs with a new mattress, A/C, double bed and smart TV and another downstairs with a screen, double bed and A/C.
