Travel experience allowed me to review what short-term accommodations should look like and, starting to prepare the property for rent, my husband and I did everything from scratch to make guests feel comfortable and at home. We have made high-quality repairs according to European standards in a modern style. All original double-glazed units have been changed. On the balcony - tinted, in the apartment - with layout, windowsills glossy wooden. The house has 2 elevators: passenger and freight. Outdoor garbage cans. The space Dear guests , I invite you to stay in my new, cozy apartment. The layout is a living room studio, double bed with orthopedic mattress, decorated with luxurious jacquard linen. There is a folding sofa in the corridor (extra space for the child). Large bathroom with shower system BENNBERG , large bathtub, the house own boiler room, so there is no seasonal shutdown - hot water is always! Spacious balcony with furniture where you can have a cup of coffee or tea while enjoying a beautiful summer morning. In the apartment TV LG 50”, air CONDITIONER HITACHI (works absolutely silently!) Kitchen fridge, induction stove, microwave, kettle, toaster, necessary dishes, hair dryer, ironing board, iron,Wi-Fi. CHECK-IN From 14: 00, CHECK-OUT UP to 12: 00 (other check-in time to be agreed separately). Our apartments do not smoke, there is an outdoor balcony on the floor-). There is no garbage chute, but there are garbage containers on the street near the entrance-) Guest access The guest will have access to our apartment. Other things to note The house is located in a new area of the city, next to the business center, shops, Ice Arena, Skating and Curling Center, swimming pool, tennis court, ski slopes 15-20 minutes by car. Overall, the whole sports life of the city is concentrated here. We have quiet and calm neighbors, no screaming children and barking dogs-)
