This neighbourhood has independent cafés and supermarkets and is on the doorstep of Grade II Listed park and woodlands Alexandra Park. Just a 10-minute walk into St. Leonards or Hastings for all the restaurants and cafés with the seafront itself around 15 minutes on foot. Ideal if you want a well-located base within walking distance of town, nature and the seafront. The space This is my home, so you’ll find everything you need for a comfortable, self-sufficient stay including a Smart TV for easy evenings in. The kitchen is fully equipped with pots, pans, kettle, toaster, oven and electric stove, microwave, air fryer, blender and smoothie maker, moka pot (coffee maker) and all the other essentials and you’re welcome to use whatever you need! The bathroom includes a private shower and toilet.
