On the doorstep of nature reserve and woodlands Alexandra Park, a 10-minute walk to the restaurants and cafes of St. Leonards and just 15 minutes to the stunning seafront. The space Enjoy complete privacy in this one-bedroom, split-level flat, perfect for up to three or four guests. This is my home where I live, so you'll find everything you need for a self-sufficient stay. The flat is best suited for 3 adults max as the sofa bed is most comfortable for one adult (or an adult and a child/two children). The kitchen is fully equipped with a kettle, toaster, oven, coffee maker and all other essentials and you’re free to use whatever you need. The bathroom has a shower and toilet for your private use.
