Self Contained en-suite room 2 - Private Access

King size room in the beautiful village of Amberley. Surrounded by NT land. After parking in the secure private drive, you enter your self contained accommodation through French doors via your private patio. There is no access to the main house or kitchen facilities but you have tea/coffee facilities and many cafes, pubs and restaurants nearby. No shared spaces. The sofa bed may be used for 2 guests subject to prior agreement of terms. A further King size room sleeping 2 is also on Air BnB. The space You have a king size bed, a sofa bed by prior agreement, and a wardrobe with hanging space. A colour TV, controllable central heating and tea and coffee making facilities. The en-suite has a rain shower, sink and WC. You can relax in a hotel like atmosphere just a bit further for meals although you can arrange delivery or bring food to eat on your private patio. There are many cafes, restaurants, pubs, garden centres that are within a beautiful 10 to 25 minute walk or 10 minute drive. Guest access With ample off road parking you will then access your room via your patio with no contact required with host. Note that the steps maybe tricky for older guests. Please take the time to read the directions under check-in instructions. Your satnav will not find the property with only a postcode. Other things to note A linen fee of £15 will apply where 2 guests have booked and requested to use the sofa bed. This should be paid on arrival. The default for entry to your room is 3 pm but is flexible subject to it being serviced after a previous booking. For example, if you require the room earlier to prepare for a wedding. Check-out is 10am unless by prior agreement. Smoking/vaping on patio is fine provided you keep the room doors and window closed.
