The space This property is part of a recently renovated farmhouse with exposed stone walls and wooden beams, surrounded by the garden, and offers a view of Lake Trasimeno. The property consists of a large living area with open kitchen and fireplace. The rooms are large and bright with panoramic views. The bathroom has all the amenities and windows. The house is equipped with basic items for two days such as tea, coffee , 2 bottles of mineral water, salt, sugar, oil, vinegar, detergent, hand-washed laundry soap, aluminum foil, aluminum casing, garbage bags for organic waste, absorbent paper, napkins, toilet paper, cleaning supplies. EXTRA BED LINEN and BATH - The house is provided with all the necessary linens on the beds and a set of bath towels (large bath towel, medium bath towel, face/hand towel) per person. Bath mats and kitchen towels are also provided. Other toilets (shower headset, shower gel, and shampoo) are included. ELECTRIC VEHICLES EV charger is not available.
