Large village home

In the heart of the historic village of Rosans and the Parc des Baronnies Provençales, in front of its beautiful castle, old house, rustic and full of charm and very quiet (pedestrian streets). Body of water and many mountain walks/ hikes within walking distance from the house. Proximity to ND de Miséricorde abbey. Possible rentals from early May to late September only. The space The house is old, has been beautifully renovated but various comfort works still remain to be done. That's why it's presented as "rustic". For example, a wooden floor between the master bedroom and the bedroom above is not yet insulated and is therefore quite noisy. Also, it is a village house, which therefore has no private exterior. However, as the village is pedestrian, it is quite possible to eat outside (see photo). Finally, the house does not have a TV or Internet connection (no box or wifi). 4G connection possible but not in every room of the house. Great for "disconnecting";) Other things to note We love animals... but our children are allergic to their hair, so they are not allowed in the house. Thank you for your understanding.
