Charming little Creuse house in a natural setting! No neighborhood, our house is at the end of a small path and in the middle of 1.4 hectares of land. Perfect for enjoying nature, calm and beautiful starry sky, recognized among the most beautiful French skies! On the menu of your stay, hammock, sunbathing, petanque court, barbecue and even a fire pit to enjoy the sweet summer evenings. The space Our house is located on the Millevaches plateau in the middle of nature, 3min from Magnat l 'Strange, 15min from Felletin and 25min from Aubusson. It is a very bright creuse stone house. Several windows are on both sides of the building. Breathtaking view of nature! 🏡 THE HOUSE: - the ground floor is composed of a living space of 50m2 with fireplace including: -> a seating area: 2 sofas, an armchair, a coffee table, a library, board games provided,... -> a dining area with a round table that can accommodate 8 people at the table (extension cord available) -> a kitchen area open to the dining room: fridge and freezer, all the dishes, sink, gas stove (4 fires + oven), dishwasher, storage closet, countertop. 🙏 Please remember to take your tea towels - after 3 steps, here you are in the sanitary part refurbished in 2022. It includes: -> a bathroom with large walk-in shower, 1 washbasin, towel dryer and washing machine. (⚠️Bath towels and bath mats not provided) -> hallway with glass roof and second entrance to the house with coat rack -> Separate restroom with window - upstairs: -> the staircase serves a large landing with desk, storage, bookcase and a futon that can be used as a sofa or double bed (140 x 180) -> bedroom 1 (with skylight): a king size bed (180 x 200), 2 bedside tables and lamps, a large custom-made dressing room. -> bedroom 2 (with skylight and French window giving access to an external staircase): a double bed, (140 x 180) bedside table and lamp, wardrobe (where you can find extra blankets and pillows if necessary) ⚠️⚠️ Bed linen not provided ⚠️⚠️ plan well according to the dimensions of the beds. 🌳Outside: The house is located in the middle of 1.4 hectares of land: garden, vegetable garden, greenhouse, field, forest, pond,... SMALL +: You will find on the grounds: -> stone BBQ -> a petanque court -> a fireplace -> a pond (filled or not depending on weather) -> available hammock, sunbathing, umbrellas,... Other things to note ⚠️ linens (sheets, towels, tea towels and bath towels) not provided. 🧹Housekeeping is not included in the price of the accommodation so that the price remains correct.
