The space You enter the spacious living area via a large wooden terrace, which features a beach chair. This area includes a dining table and a sofa that can be converted into a sofa bed. Within the combined living and dining area, there is a compact yet fully equipped kitchen. It includes an oven with a microwave function, an induction cooktop, a sink, and ample storage space for groceries. There is also a refrigerator and a long shelf filled with books and games in the living area. Adjacent to the living space is the first bedroom, which features a double bed and a compact washing machine. Next to it is the bathroom with a spacious shower. All rooms have natural daylight and can be darkened on the bedroom and bathroom side with folding shutters. The living room is equipped with underfloor heating. From the living room, a staircase leads up to the first floor. Here you’ll find a single bed and a play area, which is secured from the staircase by a small lockable gate. Next to the play area is another bedroom suitable for two people. Both upstairs rooms can be darkened as well. Ideally, the ground floor is perfect for parents (or anyone who prefers not to use stairs at night), while the upper floor is great for children. The house is thatched with reed and clad in wooden paneling, which is why smoking and the use of open flames are strictly prohibited both inside and outside the house. On the property, you’ll also find a football pitch, a ping pong table, and a volleyball court.
