All designed for a practical, well catered for a short visit to Northam or working away option. No amenities for children or infants. No extra beds. Garden space and BBQ area, potentially shared by the other guests in the 2nd Unit. Owner Host - Peter may be present in the grounds, garden maintenance at times through the day Guest access The entire unit is your space One carport space is designated. The outside garden , and small BBQ area is shared with the second unit, if occupied. Owner Peter may be in the garden area. Maintenance, happy to interact or replenish supplies if needed. Other things to note Keys / remotes if not returned will be $100 extra charge Non smoking venue inside and outside. Evidence of smoking will incur $100 extra fee.
