Bademli Olive farm - Stone Cottage

Enjoy a relaxing stay on a working olive farm looking over the blue waters of the Turkish Aegean. You’ll have freedom to slow down and explore as you wish - walking among the olive trees, picking oranges from the fruit orchard, listening to the the birds singing, and resting on a bench in the sun looking out towards the sea. There two cottages and two cabins on the farm available to stay in. They can be rented out separately or all together for a larger group. The space Cottage no. 1 is a stone house in the lower part of the farm, with two bedrooms and one bathroom. It is divided into two parts, with the main bedroom and bathroom facing into the farm and surrounded by lush planting. The second part is connected externally and has a small porch off the kitchen looking out to the sea view, and a smaller twin bedroom behind the kitchen. * NOTE There is space for 3 people to stay, but the second bedroom is not next to the main bedroom and is shared. This is not the right place for a family with a young child who would sleep in a separate room to the parents. A large outdoor lounge and dining area wraps around the cottage for your use. Guest access Guests will have private access to their cottage and can wander anywhere on the farm as they would like. Other things to note The farm is maintained using permaculture principles to create a balanced biodiverse landscape. It has over 1,200 olive trees and organic extra virgin olive oil is pressed at a local mill annually from its autumn harvest. The fruit orchard has oranges, mandarin, grapefruit, lemon, pear, and pomegranate trees. A large vegetable garden is planted every spring, bursting with fresh tomatoes, aubergine, peppers, cucumbers and more come the summer. There is a large outdoor kitchen and lounge space for all guests to use as they wish. The farm is a 3 minute drive or 15 minute walk from the small village of Bademli with restaurants and groceries. The small marina is just below where you can get a private boat trip. And there are many gorgeous beaches for swimming within a 15 minute drive. PLEASE NOTE: Our homes are nestled right in the heart of nature. It’s the perfect spot for those looking to escape the city, unwind, and wake up to birdsong.
