This well appointed single family home boasts a first floor with a fully equipped modern kitchen including a massive island, separate dining area and first floor cozy living space with vaulted ceilings. All that along with a private bedroom, full bath and separate office space to catch up on emails or nap on the futon. The second floor includes a spacious master suite with king bed, walk-in closet, ensuite bathroom and second office loft style open to the main floor below. Topped off by a secluded second floor deck with breathtaking views across the valley. Finally the lower level finishes off the home with a walkout basement that has 3 zones - a dedicated queen bedroom, sleeper couch and games areas plus sleeping quarters for an additional 5 with twin & full bunk beds complete with ample closet space for all. No shortage of parking space and within close proximity to the onsite amenities available to property owners, friends and friends including an 18-hole championship golf course and 9-hole executive course, fine and casual dining, golf shop, ski and snow sports, outdoor swimming pools, indoor aquatic center, spa and fitness center, equestrian center, activity center with basketball court, walking trails, 24/7 gated security and more.
