Hello, we are the M&M couple, Marcelo & Marcela. Together with Mischa & Celio, our efficient and friendly co-hosts, we will take care of your stay in the 'Be Ipanema'. The ‘Be Ipanema’ is fully equipped, it also offers high-speed wi-fi 500Mbps, cable TV, air conditioning in all rooms as well as it is located in the ‘heart’ of Ipanema, where everything you need, to make the most of your experience, is reachable within a short walk. Our goal is to help you have a pleasant and relaxing stay. The space Although our ‘Be Ipanema’ is in the heart of Ipanema, at Farme de Amoedo within a short walking distance to shopping streets, restaurants, bars and public transport (including the metro), the apartment is quiet and lets in a lot of natural light. This unique feature makes ‘Be Ipanema’ the right apartment for all types of visitors: from tourists and families to expats and executives. You are in Rio de Janeiro, so you will not leave us without making a good caipirinha and playing some bossa nova songs or samba. The ‘Be Ipanema’ offers a caipirinha kit for you to make and enjoy the best and most famous of the Brazilian drinks, an acoustic guitar and a pandeiro. The condominium offers security personnel 24 hours, free parking spot and landscaping with cosy spots where our guests can relax and enjoy the good weather. Besides that, there is also a bike shed if you feel like renting a bike and cycling around the neighbourhood. The ‘Be Ipanema’ team is available to interact with our guests, sharing insider tips, answering your questions, and helping you make the most out of your Carioca experience. Count on us. Guest access Our guests have full access to all rooms in the apartment as well as all common areas in the condominium, including the free parking spot. The check in time is flexible and you can easily negotiate it with Mischa and Celio, our co-hosts. You will get your set of keys and will have 24 hours access to the premises.
