Safety Notice: Children under 12 must be accompanied by an adult or wear a life jacket when near the floating dock. Life jackets are available upon request. Access to the dock requires stepping over a short fence. There is intentionally no door leading to the floating dock to help prevent unsupervised access by children. Elevate Your Stay With a Kayak Experience: Kayaks are available for $40 per kayak, per day, offering a full day of serene exploration. Request must be made at booking. Maintenance requests are acknowledged within 24 hours. Once acknowledged, our in-person maintenance team may be dispatched to address the issue within 24 hours, depending on the nature and urgency of the request. This is a unique beach house where the forest, wilderness meets the ocean. The home is surrounded by water on three sides, creating a serene, private setting where nature is all around you. You’ll see fish swimming nearby, birds, you may spot ducks, swans, and other friendly local visitors that share this ecosystem. Please note that the entrance staircase may not be ideal for elderly guests or anyone with mobility challenges. If elderly guests choose to book, we kindly recommend that they be active and comfortable with stairs to fully enjoy their stay. Property is immersed in nature, all part of the authentic outdoor experience.
