Apartment 4 in the family pension U kostela

Our guest house U kostela is a sensitively renovated 17th century house in the heart of Czech Canada. There are four separate apartments, outdoor seating, a large garden, a swimming pool, an orchard and sheep. It is possible to rent either the whole cottage or individual apartments. The capacity of the entire guest house is 23 guests. You will find peace, privacy and the beauty of an old rustic building. In the surrounding area there are bike trails, the recreational pond Osika, Landštejn Castle, the South Bohemian narrow-gauge railway and the towns of Slavonice and Jindřichův Hradec. The space Apartment 4 is located on the ground floor of the guest house overlooking the courtyard, the village square and the church. It is possible to accommodate 2-5 people here, with a double bed and a single bed in the bedroom. In the living room there is a sofa bed for 2 people. The apartment has a fully equipped kitchenette (hob, microwave, kettle and all kitchen utensils and pots). There is a TV with satellite and wifi. It's heated by a fireplace. The bathroom has a shower, sink, toilet and underfloor heating. The apartment has been sensitively renovated and retains an amazing rustic atmosphere. Each apartment has its own entrance and its own personal charm. The lower apartments 3 and 4 are smaller and the vaulted ceilings have been preserved. On the first floor there are apartments 1 and 2, which are more spacious. All apartments have a fireplace, new wooden windows, a private bathroom with a toilet and a fully equipped kitchen. The common areas of the guest house include two barns, one of which is used for parking bicycles and the other is a game room with table football and ping-pong table. There is also a covered pergola with an outdoor seating area with a fireplace and views of the fields and forests. In case of cold weather, you can sit inside the former goat pen, which has been rebuilt into a lounge with a pleasant sitting area and a fireplace. In the vicinity of the guest house you will find a large garden with an orchard and in the summer months you will have a large swimming pool. Not only children will appreciate the large trampoline, several balls, badminton, lazy tennis and a play set with a slide and two swings. From spring to autumn, you will be accompanied by sheep in the enclosure under the garden. Please don't feed the sheep, so they don't get sick. Other things to note In the summer season (July, August) it is possible to stay only from Saturday to Saturday. Outside the summer season, the minimum stay is 2 nights.
