Our guesthouse U kostela is a sensitively renovated house from the 17th century in the heart of Czech Canada. There are four separate apartments, an outdoor seating area, a large garden, a pool, an orchard, and sheep. It is possible to rent either the entire cottage or individual apartments. The capacity of the entire guesthouse is 23 guests. You'll find the peace, privacy, and beauty of an old rustic building. Nearby are bike paths, Osika recreational pond, Landštejn Castle, South Bohemian narrow-gauge and the towns of Slavonice and Jindřichův Hradec. The space Apartment 4 is situated on the ground floor of a guesthouse overlooking the yard, square and church. It is possible to accommodate 2-5 people with a double bed and a single bed in the bedroom. In the living room there is a sofa bed for 2 people. The apartment has a fully equipped kitchenette (stove top, microwave, kettle and all kitchen utensils and pots). There is a TV with satellite and wifi. They drown in the fireplace. The bathroom has a shower, sink, toilet, and underfloor heating. The apartment was sensitively renovated and retained an amazing rustic atmosphere. Each apartment has its own entrance and its own personal charm. Bottom apartments 3 and 4 are smaller and vaulted ceilings have been preserved. On the first floor there are parts 1 and 2, which are more spacious. All apartments have a fireplace, new wooden windows, a private bathroom with a toilet, and a fully equipped kitchen. The common areas of the guesthouse include two barns, one for bike parking, and the other is a game room with table football and a ping pong table. There is also a covered pergola with outdoor seating with a fireplace and views of fields and forests. In case of cold weather, you can sit inside a former goat pigsty that has been converted into a common room with a nice seating area and a fireplace. Around the guesthouse you will find a large garden with an orchard and a large pool in the summer months. Not only will children appreciate a large trampoline, a few balls, badbinton, lazy tennis, and a play set with a slide, two swings. From spring to fall, the company will make you sheep in the fence under the garden. Please don't feed the sheep so they don't get sick. Other things to note In the summer season (July, August) it is only possible to stay from Saturday to Saturday. Outside the summer season, the minimum stay is 2 nights.
