The first floor has two bedrooms, each furnished with one double bed, one single bed, air conditioning and a TV. A bathroom with a bathtub is also located on this floor. The ground floor and basement are not connected by an internal staircase but can be accessed separately via an external staircase. In the garden, the sun terrace with sun loungers offers a peaceful spot to unwind while soaking in the beauty of the surrounding nature.
