Cozy 100 sqm apartment, ideal for 8 people, located on the first floor of a building without an elevator (stairs to access). The accommodation is situated in the Pischina Salida resort, in the northwestern tip of Sardinia, near Capo Caccia. The resort offers various services, including a shared swimming pool, bar, restaurant, and private beach. The space The interior space is composed as follows: - LIVING ROOM with sofa, dining table, 32" TV, A/C split, and access to the terrace; - KITCHEN with induction stove, refrigerator, freezer, moka pot, coffee machine, dishwasher, oven, kitchen utensils, and wine glasses; - BEDROOM I with double bed and wardrobe, A/C split, access to the balcony; - BEDROOM II with double bed, A/C split, and access to the balcony; - BEDROOM III with bunk bed, A/C split, and access to the balcony; - BEDROOM IV with bunk bed, A/C split, and access to the balcony; - BATHROOM 1 with shower, sink, bidet, and toilet; - BATHROOM 2 with shower, toilet, sink, and washing machine; - TERRACE with dining table and sofa; - SHARED SWIMMING POOL, TENNIS COURT, and PADDLE COURT; - Access to PRIVATE BEACH. ADDITIONAL SERVICES AVAILABLE FOR GUESTS: WIFI, washing machine, hairdryer, drying rack, iron and ironing board, air conditioning. POOL, PADDLE, and TENNIS COURT HOURS: Open from May 31th to September 29th, from 9:00 AM to 7:00 PM. There is a caretaker on-site. Club Capo Caccia registration: €5 per person (14 years and older). PLEASE NOTE: Tennis and paddle courts are available upon request and reservation. Please note that there are steps to access the apartment. Waste Management (Mandatory) During their stay, guests must dispose of daily waste, separating it correctly and placing the bins outside the property on the days indicated in the schedule. In the city, there are no public bins or recycling centers; instead, door-to-door collection is carried out, so only small amounts of already separated waste can remain inside the house. Failure to comply with local regulations will result in a penalty of EUR 150.00 being applied to the guest. Guest access Guests will have full access to all the areas of the house, and there are no shared spaces. Other things to note To ensure the security of your personal data, 7 days before your arrival you will receive instructions to register your documents via our Guest Portal and pay the tourist tax to the town of Alghero equal to EUR 1.00 or 0.50 cent, depending on the season. We need such procedure to verify your ids and docs and in order to send infos to the police service "Alloggiati Web" wich is Italian procedure to host guest in italy. You can find all the information on the official website alloggiatiweb.poliziadistato Switching on and off air conditioning and heating are subject to compliance with current Italian legislation (DPR 16/04/2013 n.74, DM 383 of 6.10.2022). Summer: the average air temperature must not be lower than 26 ºC for all types of buildings. Winter: The weighted average air temperature should not exceed 19 ºC. The ignition period and the daily ignition time depend on the climatic zone defined by the legislation. Alghero Climatic Zone C: 9 hours daily from 22 November to 23 March. We inform you that assistance for any problems related to self check-in is possible (remotely) until 9 pm.
