Vacation home on the city wall (Furth im Wald)

Our 81 m² vacation home on two floors can accommodate 1-6 people. It has a cozy living room with sofa bed and flat-screen TV as well as a fully equipped kitchen. The bathroom with shower and bathtub is on the ground floor. On the first floor there are 3 bedrooms, a guest toilet and a spiral staircase. The large bedroom has a box spring bed and balcony. In the garden you can enjoy barbecues. Wi-Fi, parking and a bike/ski cellar are free of charge. The space Furth im Wald is a small border town to the Czech Republic. This year, the state horticultural show will take place from May 22 May to the 5th October in Furth im Wald. As a guest in Furth im Wald, you will receive the "GUTi card," which entitles you to free use of public transport throughout the Bavarian Forest day ticket fare area. The cottage is in a particularly quiet yet central location, ideal for relaxation and discovery tours. The house is located in the city center and yet "in the middle of the countryside," just 180 meters from the city square. Thanks to the perfect connection, you can enjoy the tranquility of nature as well as quickly reach all the important sights and leisure activities. In the immediate vicinity of our accommodation you will find numerous shops, restaurants and cafes that offer everything you need for a pleasant stay. A variety of sights and excursion destinations are available for discovering the region – from scenic hiking trails and cycling routes to historical sights. The outdoor pool is 800 meters away. The Drachensee, which invites you to fish, go boating, stand-up paddling or just swim, can be reached on foot in 20 minutes. Particularly recommended are the historic rock corridors, the wild garden, the Flederwisch adventure world, the dragon cave and the excursion park on the Steinbruchsee. All these destinations are within walking distance. Our local mountain, the Gibacht, offers a super-developed hiking and mountain bike network that is connected to the Czech hiking network. In winter, there is also a ski lift and many cross-country ski trails. At Gibacht there is the Pfennigfelsen, the glass cross and the lighthouse of humanity, which you should definitely visit. The sports and leisure center Hohenbogen is 13 km from Furth im Wald.
