In the countryside, next to the forest of Crécy-en-Ponthieu and 20 minutes from the Bay of Somme, a warm family house of 250 m2, with large friendly living spaces, stunning views of the pastures, a large garden, a terrace and a south-facing winter lounge, wood stoves, hammocks, a recreation room equipped with yoga and bodybuilding accessories... Nature, calm, authenticity. The space Our house is a renovated old farmhouse that favors large living spaces, the entry of light, and a gentle mixture of communion with nature and indoor cocooning. In any season, the 180° east-southwest facing winter garden gives an inside-out feeling from sunrise to sunset. Just like the adjoining terrace, it offers an endless view of the pastures and all the colors of the sky on the horizon. And they are numerous, sumptuous and flamboyant! Those who know the area know this. The house is located at the end of the village, hence this breathtaking view and this feeling of being in the middle of nature. For chilly mornings and cool evenings, you will find yourself around the wood stove with a book or a board game. They are available in the house. Wood is provided. Want to take a nap in a hammock? It's possible outside as well as inside… in the cozy mezzanine with exposed beams. Outside, sun loungers, a pallet bench, cushions, a hammock, a cane pergola, two tables including a very large one, a barbecue, a dartboard, and other garden games… different spaces to meet or isolate yourself. The property is on the edge of the state forest of Crécy-en-Ponthieu. It is a family home decorated with antique and refurbished furniture, personal objects that give it its charm and among which we like to live. It is organized around several comfortable spaces conducive to relaxation and conviviality. We entrust it to the goodwill of the tenants so that we find it in the state in which we made it available to them. Reservations are accepted for a minimum of 2 nights. The house can accommodate up to 12 people (+ 2 young children/babies up to 4 years old = beds available on request). On the ground floor: Spacious and bright, a large living room of 70 m2 with open kitchen. Three double bedrooms. A 2-4 year old Bout'chou teepee bed and a baby crib are also available upon request. Travel crib at no extra charge, sheets not provided. Teepee bed at no extra cost if the child is one of the 12 guests, otherwise €25 for the stay regardless of its duration, with sheets provided and bed made. A high chair for baby. A 30 m2 gym-relaxation-leisure room with yoga equipment and some bodybuilding accessories (dumbbells, elastic bands, mats). A bathroom equipped with a shower overlooking the pastures. A small baby bathtub is available upon request. Separate WC. Upstairs: A closed double bedroom. A semi-isolated double bedroom. A mezzanine (crossing space) that sleeps 2 people. A bathroom equipped with a shower with toilet. The house is equipped with Wi-Fi network (fiber). Provided: Sheets (beds will be made upon your arrival). One bath towel per person. The end of stay cleaning is included, but we are counting on you to return the house to the condition it was in when you arrived (tidy and in a proper state of cleanliness of the kitchen and floors). Between land and sea, the house is located in the countryside and within reach of multiple places with very varied atmospheres and activities… within a radius of 15 to 30 minutes. Numerous walks and activities between the Bay of Authie and the Bay of Somme: discover the varied landscapes of the Côte d'Opale, cycling and hiking in the forest of Crécy, ornithological reserve of Marquenterre, outing in the Bay to discover seals, on foot or by canoe, Le Crotoy and Saint-Valery sur Somme and their atmospheres so different on each side of the Bay, swimming or sand yachting on the immense beaches of Quend and Fort-Mahon, golf in Fort-Mahon, horseback riding in the park of Marquenterre, Abbey of Valloires, tree climbing in the forest of Crécy, kitesurfing on the beaches of Le Crotoy or Quend, etc. And if you feel like it, you can go further north to discover Cap Gris-Nez and Cap Blanc-Nez and the pretty seaside resort of Wimereux... Or further south to discover the cliffs of Ault, Mers and Le Tréport...
