The space The house offers five bedrooms, two reception rooms, a downstairs WC/shower room, a family bathroom upstairs, and generous outdoor space. Downstairs, there is a spacious lounge/dining area with comfortable seating, a large-screen TV with Sky, and a log burner for cosy evenings in. The second reception room features a pool table (with both pool and snooker balls) and a selection of board games for guests to enjoy. To the rear of the property, the kitchen is light and airy, with sliding doors opening onto a patio seating area. It is fully equipped with all the usual essentials for your stay, including a large range oven, microwave, and boiling water tap. There is also a downstairs WC and shower room. Upstairs, there are five bedrooms - one king, three doubles, and one smaller room with bunk beds. The property comfortably sleeps up to 10 guests. Other things to note Please note that the property is located on a busy main road. Traffic can be heavy during the day but eases off in the evenings. Three of the five bedrooms face the road. St Erth railway station is just a 10-minute walk away. In summer, trains to St Ives run every 30 minutes until around 10:30pm - perfect for avoiding driving and parking. Carbis Bay Beach and Porthminster Beach are both family-friendly and easily accessible by train. Marazion and St Michael's Mount are just a 5–10 minute drive away, with Penzance around 10 minutes by car. You can visit Land's End and Porthcurno in about 30 minutes, or take the open-top bus - bus stops in both directions are just a couple of minutes’ walk from the property. Hayle, with its beautiful beaches, supermarkets and food outlets, is only a 5-minute drive away.
