An intimate 45-square-meter apartment in our small residence with a swimming pool, the Birch consists of a living area, a double bedroom and a large bathroom with a shower. Located on the first floor, with independent access, it enjoys a pleasant lake view from the living room window. Guests can take advantage of the large common terrace, adjacent to the apartment, to dine or enjoy moments of relaxation. The space THE RESIDENCE AND THE POOL Betulla is located within our quiet La Cornice sul Garda residence, consisting of only 5 apartments (Ciliegio, Sottobosco, Acero, Betulla and Sambuco). Guests can use the swimming pool, which is shared only by the guests of the Residence itself. Two sun loungers per apartment are available by the pool. The pool is NOT heated. The apartment is on the second floor. Uncovered private parking in front of the apartment. Here luxury and simplicity are harmoniously intertwined, combining the most modern technology with the taste of land and forest of the valley in which we grew up. LOCATION La Cornice sul Garda is located in a panoramic mountain position just 7 km from the Gulf of Salò. Reachable via a simple road with hairpin bends, a car is necessary. It is ideal for those who love the tranquility of the green hills, far from the tourist chaos. From every accommodation in the Residence you can enjoy the view of Lake Garda and at the same time the view of the forest, giving unforgettable plays of light and notes of vibrant essences at different times of the day. Relaxation is combined with the desire for sports in complete harmony: from Castello there are some beautiful routes suitable for mountain biking and hiking. FACILITIES Equipped kitchen, microwave, freezer, dishes, Nespresso coffee machine, satellite TV, Wi-Fi Internet, safe, home automation, bath and bed linen, hairdryer. LAUNDRY AND BARBECUE AREA: NB: washing machine, drying rack, ironing board and iron are not in the apartment, but are located in the laundry area of the Residence and are shared with the other guests of the Residence. In the common area, there is also a wood-fired barbecue. Other things to note Pets are welcome, but in the presence of other guests they cannot stay in the pool area.
