Jiji No. 16 is a pet-friendly B&B located in Jiji Town, Nantou County. The overall space of the B&B is quite spacious, with a total area of 85 ping, including a front yard parking lot and a backyard barbecue area, and the building area occupies 80 ping. The first floor has a ceiling height of 4.2 meters, and the entire building is designed with large floor-to-ceiling windows to ensure ample bright daylight, fresh air, and indoor and outdoor continuity. The interior decoration is in the Nordic pop art style, presenting a modern minimalist design. There are five rooms on the three floors of the building, all of which can accommodate furry children. The room has large floor-to-ceiling windows, green and pleasant scenery during the day, and fireflies and stars at night. Fresh and exquisite breakfast is included with the accommodation. Breakfast is served at 8:00 am and 9:00 am, and each person can order one set meal. Please place your order before 8:00 pm on the night of check-in and let us know the time and place of breakfast (you can choose to eat in the room or in the 1F restaurant). 2. Check-in time is 3pm ~ 6pm. Please call in advance if you will be checking in late. No refunds or room reservations will be made if you do not call in advance. 3. Please bring your ID for check-in. 4. Please check in according to the agreed number of guests. If the number of guests exceeds the number of guests informed at the time of booking, we reserve the right to refuse the extra guests from entering the entire premises of the B&B. 5. No open flames (card stoves, alcohol stoves, gas stoves, etc.), smoking, drugs, alcohol, or chewing betel nuts are allowed indoors. If there is smoke or drunk vomiting in the B&B during the check-out inspection, please provide NT$10,000 for environmental disinfection and report it to the police for filing. 6. Please keep your personal belongings with you and take good care of them. We will not be responsible for any loss. 7. To maintain the quality of the house, it is prohibited to carry contraband, make loud noises indoors, and engage in illegal activities. 8. Please do not damage or take out any equipment in the room without authorization. If found, compensation will be made at the original price. 9. After 9:00 pm and before 7:00 am, please lower the volume to avoid disturbing the neighbors and other guests. 10. To maintain the safety of guests, the B&B gate will be closed after 9:00 pm. Please inform us in advance if you need to go out and come back late. (An electronic lock code will be provided at check-in for easy access at any time) 11. Special room types allow pets, please inform us at the time of booking, a pet deposit of NT$1,000 will be charged at check-in, please refer to the [Pet Check-in Guidelines] before pets check-in. 12. BBQ area (unavailable on rainy days, no rain cover) and kitchen facilities are available. Please apply before check-in and pay a security deposit of NT$2,000 at check-in. If you can clean up and restore the original condition without damage, it will be returned in full after confirmation. 13. Please let us know in advance if you need an extra bed, and we will add it according to the different room types. Children aged 1-3 years old will be charged an additional NT$500/person, children and adults over 110cm will be charged an additional NT$1,000/person (including breakfast + supplies, except for those who choose the package price excluding breakfast). 14. Additional quilts are available for an additional cleaning fee of NT$200 per bed. 15. In response to environmental policies, disposable items are not provided proactively. Toothbrush sets, razor sets, shower caps, cotton buds, dental floss, combs, and disposable soaps will not be provided with the room. Please ask the housekeeper when needed. 16. Bedding will not be changed for extended stays. Please inform the housekeeper in advance if you need to change bath towels or have the room cleaned. 17. When entering and exiting the balcony, be sure to close the screen at all times to prevent mosquitoes from entering the room and biting. Mosquito repellent is available in the common areas, please use it when needed. 18. The housekeeper or host will stay in the rooms that are not open for business from time to time. If you have any concerns, please choose another B&B to stay. 19. Surveillance cameras are available in the indoor and outdoor common areas of 1F to prevent theft and protect the safety of guests. If you have privacy concerns, please choose another B&B. 20. Late check-out is charged at NT$600 per hour per room, up to 1 hour. Please apply by 10:00 am on the day of your checkout. [Pet Check-in Guidelines] 1. Please let us know in advance if you are bringing pets. 2. Pet deposit is charged per number of furry children, NT$1,000 is charged at check-in; if there is no violation of the pet check-in rules at check-out, it will be returned in full. 3. Pet cleaning and disinfection fee: 500 NTD/pet per night, 100 NTD/pet for an additional night. 4. Dogs can only accommodate 2 small dogs (up to 10 kg in weight and 40 cm in height) or 1 medium dog (up to 30 kg in weight and 60 cm in height) per room. For the safety of the homestay space and other guests, large dogs are not allowed. 5. Dogs must be vaccinated and free of infectious diseases, and regularly dewormed to ensure that there are no internal or external parasites. Before check-in, please use the official Line (ID is @ jiji16) or FB fan group (www.find.facebook.tw) to send a photo of the "proof of vaccination within one year", or bring a paper document to the B&B counter for confirmation before check-in. (Please let us know in advance if you are unable to provide proof in special circumstances.) 6. Dogs are not allowed on the bed (it is recommended to bring the dog's usual bed), they must be housebroken or able to clean up after themselves, and able to control their barking so as not to disturb other guests, please do not leave the dog alone. 7. Male dogs should have their own male dog wrap. Please put on the male dog wrap when entering the indoor public space. Those who do not have their own male dog wrap can buy one for NT$200 at the B&B. (If you are staying in a private wing, you do not need to prepare a male dog wrap.) 8. Please do not give your dog supplies such as towels, foot mats, etc. (dog diaper pads are available for your own use). 9. Violations of pet check-in rules will not be refunded and sheets/accessories will be repurchased at original price, etc. [Extension and Refund Instructions] 1. Extended stay: Please inform us one week before your stay, the deposit will be reserved for one year and you can choose to stay during the reservation period. 2. Cancellation of accommodation: ◎ In accordance with Article 5 of the Standard Contract for Individual Traveler Reservations, which shall be recorded and shall not be recorded ◎ 2-1. If the reservation is canceled 14 days before the date of stay, the guest may request a 100% refund; 2-2. If you cancel 10-13 days before the reservation date, you can request a 70% refund; 2-3. On the day of booking or failing to notify, the B&B may not refund the deposit paid by the guest; 2-8. In the event of a typhoon, earthquake, etc., natural disasters that cause traffic interruption, or the Nantou County Government and the local government of the traveler issue an announcement to stop work and classes, the accommodation can be extended, the B&B will retain the deposit for one year, and the guest can choose to stay during the retention period.
