Villa Palma - Pool and park in Drôme Provençale

Stay at the gates of Provence, in a family residence that offers an enchanting setting for young and old alike. Villa Palma is located in a small village 5 min from Montélimar and 45 min from the Gorges de l'Ardèche. It has a large wooded and enclosed park in which children can play safely. You will enjoy a fenced pool area with pool house including a living room and a summer kitchen to share friendly meals around the barbecue! The space • Accommodation: The house is organized on 2 levels. On the ground floor are: - A large dining room with a light-filled seating area, which offers a high ceiling and a nice view of the wooded park and the Pic du Chenavari in the background. - A fully equipped kitchen with a pantry and washing machine. - A separate toilet. - A bathroom with shower (bathroom 1/4). - A double bedroom overlooking a quiet street (bedroom 1/6). Upstairs are: - A master suite with a double bed and an integrated bathroom with a free-standing bathtub. The view from this room overlooks the park (bedroom 2/6 and bathroom 2/4). - A bedroom with a double bed and views of the village (bedroom 3/6). - A bedroom with two single beds and village view (4/6). - Bathroom with shower (bathroom 3/4). The accommodation has an annex that is in the park just 15 meters from the house. It has two bedrooms with a double bed each (bedroom 5 and 6/6) and a shared bathroom with a toilet (bathroom 4/4). This annex has direct access to the pool house. • Outdoor: Out of sight, the park offers all its splendor to the house with its 2700 m2 of greenery. The pool is secured by a fence. It has a pool house that you can close thanks to the bay windows, it includes: - A fully equipped kitchen - A summer living room - A barbecue - A separate toilet • Parking: Private parking is available inside the property accommodating up to 4 cars including a space under the carport. • Location: The accommodation is located in a quiet area near the city center of Ancône, a small village located a few minutes from Montélimar (the capital of nougat) and 45 min. from the Gorges de l'Ardèche. Villa Palma is ideally located 15 min. from the A7 motorway. You can get to Valence in 40 min. or enjoy the Avignon Festival in July in 1 hour. Guest access Guests will have private access to the entire property, except for a garden shed and an office in the villa that will be closed.
