Guest access Guest Access The house is protected by a lockable wrought iron gate; guests must ring the doorbell to open it and enter from the street to the main entrance. There is also a separate gate that provides access to the garage. Access can be achieved in two ways: Personal Meeting: Mrs. Flor, who resides on the property, greets guests, hands over the keys, and offers a tour of the house, explaining the amenities and rules. This is our preferred option as it allows for a personalized experience. Key Safe: A key safe near the entrance allows guests to retrieve their keys independently and securely. Once inside, guests ascend the stairs to their reserved private room. During your stay Interaction with Guests During your stay, Flor López, assistant, and host Rubén will be available to assist with any needs or questions. Flor is responsible for welcoming and seeing guests off, handing over keys, showing them where their room is, explaining the main house rules, and giving a tour of the property, showing the common areas and answering any questions. If you need additional assistance, either with your room or with any issues, you can contact Flor or Rubén.
