We rent the main part of our family home during the holidays. It is completely renovated with a large garden and a large terrace. Fully equipped, ideal with kids. One hour from Paris and one hour from Rouen. The house is separated in two. My husband will work in the other part, the door that gives access to this side of the house will be closed. We rent another double bedroom in the other part of the house with independent access. (See our other listings) The space Living room and open kitchen, master suite with shower room, 2 bedrooms with single bed 90 × 190, possibility to add a drawer bed 70 × 140 cm in one of the bedrooms and 1 umbrella bed, 1 sofa bed on the landing (it is not in the living room but upstairs), 1 bathroom with bathtub, 2 toilets, 1 laundry room with washing machine. Garden, terrace, table, garden furniture. Trampoline, swing, slide. This accommodation is our main residence that we offer you during the holidays. So there are children's toys, books and other personal belongings. We leave the kitchen dressers and cupboards free for your belongings. Guest access Entry is through the street. Possibility to park the car in front of the house. Other things to note Sheets and towels are provided. Let us know if you need the extra 70×140 bed or the baby crib so we can prepare them. Condition report upon departure. We rent another double room in another part of the house with independent access that can communicate with the rest of the house if you want to rent it too. See our other listing. Note that if you do not rent the double room, there will be other tenants or my husband in the room that you may hear come in. They do not have access to the garden or the main part of the house and have a separate entrance. My husband also works in the second part of the house.
