House with a private pool located in the charming village of Guajar Faragüit, Sierra de Los Guájares. Spectacular views of the Del Río de La Toba valley and the mountains. It has a large living room with a wood-burning fireplace and pellet stove, fully equipped kitchen, 5 double bedrooms and 3 bathrooms, barbecue, porch, fruit trees, gardens, swimming pool and parking area. 25 minutes from the beaches of Motril and Salobreña, 45 minutes from Granada and an hour and a half from Sierra Nevada. The space Privileged location just a 25-minute drive from the beaches of Granada's tropical coast, 45 minutes from Granada, and 145 kilometers from the Sierra Nevada ski resort. You can enjoy the tranquility of the rural environment and its wonderful views of the Toba river valley, Guájar Fondón, Moorish fortress ruins, its mountains... 600 meters from the Guájar Faragüit store and bar restaurant, 1 km from the Guajar Fondón restaurant and 6 km from Guajar Alto and its establishments. If you like to be in contact with nature, you will enjoy the hiking trails and walks in the area. Guest access You will have access to the house's own gardens as well as the private pool. You don't have to worry about taking care of outdoor gardens and the pool as our gardener will take care of it at least once a week and whenever necessary. Other things to note The pool season runs from June 1 to September 30 approximately depending on the inclement weather. Our pool maintenance staff will have access to the exterior of the house at least once a week in order to carry out the cleaning and control of the pool and watering if necessary. 50 euros will be charged for each unexpected guest who has not been notified in advance to the property and therefore has not filled in the entry form/police form. Firewood and pellets are not included. According to current legislation, all guests over 14 years of age included in the reservation must have filled in the police forms and file by the time they enter the house. The bedrooms of the house are closed and open according to the number of people, reservations and needs of the guests. Under no circumstances are pets allowed inside the pool. This property is managed by an individual and EU consumer rights laws that affect professional hosts may not apply.
