Blackout curtains in bedrooms. Full kitchen and laundry on site. Near Akron and Cleveland. Nearby grocery store, restaurants and coffee, parks, movie theater and golf course, along with other activities depending on season, apple picking, festivals, river tour, train ride tour, and other fun activities. The space This is a nice area with friendly neighbors. The Landlord/Owner is next door, so if there are any issues, please bring them to the attention of the Landlord as soon as you are able, so it can be taken care of in a timely manner. Lake views from multiple rooms. 2 bd/1 ba with Queen bed in Master, trundle twin bed in guest room (changing to 2 twins in Spring 2026). Luxury Vinyl flooring except stairs have carpet. Motion lights for stairs and basement door. Motion lights outside and cameras on driveway and in yard. Ring Doorbell. Wild animals can be seen such as geese, squirrels, chipmunks, ducks, deer, birds of all sorts including hawks, and rare sighting of coyotes. Racoons, possums and skunks are rarely seen during day. Can hear geese. Some touch up paint needed in areas, to be done as soon as able. Guest access All of the yard is shared, but not the shed. The driveway is also shared, so wherever you park, there must be room for another vehicle to pass. Other things to note No smoking/vaping of any type indoors, only outdoors, close open doors. No animals of any type including ESA. Several consumables are provided that should last your stay (except stays over a week). Includes Air Fryer, toaster (unplug when not in use), crockpot, mixer, blender, tea kettle, both a Kcup and perk style coffee maker, fully stocked kitchen with utensils, pots, pans, full size side-by-side refrigerator with ice maker and easy water dispenser, oven, microwave, dishwasher, recycle bin, trash bin, pantry closet, Hot pads and microwave cover in cupboard. There are indoor trash cans in several rooms, one recycle bin in the kitchen. Please put full bags into the garbage cans in the garage for landlord to take to curb. New bags under kitchen sink, laundry room, and bathroom sink. Parking is available to one side of driveway or in the garage on the left side (owner/landlord has access to the other caged side). Need to close garage door when not in use. Driveway parking needs to leave a path for other vehicles to pass by. No RV, trailers, or recreational vehicle parking. There is no vehicle charging unit available, but Tenant can supply their own adapter with Landlord written approval. It must meet safety codes. Windows and doors must be closed during rain or other increment weather. You can enjoy free streaming services that come with Roku & smart TV's. Lots of movies are available that way. For stays longer than one week, landlord/owner may need access for pest control, filter changes, or other maintenance with a 24 hour or more notice. When exiting, please close all windows and doors. If you moved any furniture, please return it to the original location. Thank you for your stay.
