This 230 m2 house has been carefully restored to offer a unique experience combining authenticity and modern amenities. Access: The village is located between Beaune (30 min) and Chalon-sur-Saône (40 min), the nearest TGV station is 25 min from the house, it is the Creusot-Montceau-Monchanin TGV station (1h20 directly from Paris and 42 min directly from Lyon). Shops: The house is a 7-minute drive from the small town of Nolay where you will find a supermarket, two bakeries, a butcher shop, a tobacco shop and restaurants. A small adjoining bedroom (Bedroom 2) with 2 bunk beds (90 x 200), completes this space. • Corridor: serves as a cloakroom and provides access to the ground floor toilets and bedrooms 1 and 2. • Spacious kitchen: Fully equipped (dishwasher, gas stove, ovens, coffee maker, toaster, kettle and ice maker), the kitchen has a bar area for 4 people and a table that can accommodate 6 people. • Living room: A large living room with a table that can accommodate 10 to 14 people for friendly meals, and a large comfortable sofa to relax, you will also find a video projector for your movie nights.
