Nestled in the leafy suburb of Bonnet Bay. This 1 bedroom oasis with private bathroom, living, kitchenette and dining, we call “Bush and Bay Haven“ will make you forget that Sydney CBD is only 35 minutes away by train. The space “Bush and Bay Haven” is located on the lower level of our home, with a separate entrance at the front. Our small family, including two young children, live on the upper level. The features include: • A large bedroom with a queen size bed, generous storage space, perfect for unpacking. • A work desk and chair, ideal for catching up on emails or tasks. • An attached private bathroom for your convenience. • A cozy living area with a TV and a fold-out sofa, which can accommodate additional guests, with pre-approval. • A fully-equipped kitchenette with a fridge, microwave, and dishwasher. Our property is a no pets allowed property. Guest access Your own private access with a keylock box. Street parking and direct access to the driveway. There are around 25 steps to climb up before entering the front door. Other things to note When you drive into Bonnet Bay, you’ll quickly forget you’re in Sydney. “Bush and Bay Haven” is in a peaceful street where the most vocal neighbours are the local kookaburras. Jannali train station is just a 5-minute drive away, with ample parking available. In just 35 minutes, you can be in the heart of the city, or in 25 minutes, you could be enjoying the beautiful beaches of Cronulla. For a local night out experience, Union Place Hotel in Jannali offers a relaxed atmosphere with fantastic food and drinks.
