Make everyone a fresh cup of coffee or a smoothie in one of the machines or a cup of tea from the boiling water tap. Find all the equipment you need in here too to help you prepare hearty holiday meals, plus a utility room and drying space. Set the table in the dining room; gather in the lounge in the evenings to find a film on the Smart TV or head into the games room. Discover a family wet room also downstairs. All your other bathrooms, with Smart TVs, are upstairs.
