The space This is a comfortable 19th-century village house, renovated to preserve its traditional origin, and it includes a studio. Located just 45 minutes from Seville, it is set in the heart of the Sierra Norte and Aracena Natural Park and the Aroche Peaks, in the town of El Real de la Jara (Seville). The main house consists of two floors and 340 m² with an interior courtyard, barbecue, and swimming pool. On the first floor, there are two bedrooms: one with a double bed and en-suite bathroom with a shower, and another with two single beds. In the living room, you'll enjoy your stay with its large fireplace, small library, digital TV, video, music system, board games... The kitchen is fully equipped: dinnerware, glassware, and cutlery, washing machine, dishwasher, microwave, fridge-freezer, semi-industrial stove with oven, electric coffee maker, blender, and all types of kitchen utensils. It includes a common bathroom with a shower. On the second floor, there are two triple bedrooms, each with three single beds, and a common bathroom with a shower. The studio is 60 m². It features an open kitchen to the living-dining room with a fireplace, a bathroom with a shower, two single beds in front of the fireplace, and an attic bedroom with a double bed. Outside, there is a porch with a table and chairs where you can enjoy the built-in barbecue. On the terrace, you’ll find the pool where you can relish sunny days. You'll have what you need to start: first load of firewood, oil, vinegar, salt, shower gel in bathrooms and for hands (3), toilet paper, cleaning products, barbecue utensils, all provided as a welcome gift.
