You will have the basement suite all to yourself. We live on the floors above but this modern home is well insulated to include sound dampening material between levels. Parking available on site, street parking in the front of the home. Bedroom with quality queen mattress. Property can sleep up to 4 guests with use of the pull-out sofa bed in living room. Wifi, TV with Netflix and other streaming services available for use during stay. (No cable television) Washer and Dryer are located in the utility closet and available by request. HYGIENE: We care about cleanliness. We use a washable duvet covers in lieu of a comforters. All blankets get washed every time. KITCHEN AMENITIES: stovetop, microwave, fridge with freezer, toaster, coffee maker, kettle, toaster KITCHEN ESSENTIALS: Water is safe to drink. Coffee, tea, sugar, salt and pepper, cinnamon, cooking oil Pots, pans, mugs, flatware, silverware glasses, wine glasses Note: There is a common door access that will be locked between the units with a utility closet in this hallway that houses mechanics located outside of your suite entrance. Bottle and wine opener, cutting boards, wooden spoons, etc. Guest access You will have the basement suite all to yourself. The shared interior door in the entrance hall will remain locked between floors. There is a utility closet with the home's mechanicals and a washer/dryer available upon request (the door will remain locked otherwise).
