Charming, Cozy, 3 Bedroom house

Relax with the whole family at this peaceful place to stay. This 3 bedroom 2.5 bath house is located in the country near Akron and 30 minutes from Cleveland Ohio. Nearby towns are Wadsworth, Fairlawn, Copley, Norton, and Green. Akron is 15 minutes away from this destination. This house is on 2 acres of land with a fire pit in the back yard and a 1.5 car garage. There is an office with a printer/scanner for use if guests bring their laptops. Free WIFI, Roku, and a big screen TV is included. The space This property is a Non-smoking property. Please no smoking in the home. Smoking can be done outside away from the doors. If it is raining you can smoke in the garage with the garage door open so it is aired out. We use the house 5 or 6 months out of the year and the person in the house has COPD. We do not want our furniture or our walls smelling like smoke. If so there will be a claim made and extra fees incurred. There are stairs to enter the front door and 6 stairs going to upstairs bedrooms and 6 stairs going to downstairs bathrooms, bedroom, kitchenette and garage. The downstairs is only wheelchair accessible from the garage entrance. The full kitchen is upstairs. The kitchenette with refrigerator, microwave, toaster oven and coffee pot is downstairs. The stove, oven, coffee pot, toaster, ice maker, blender, food chopper, etc. are upstairs in the main kitchen. Guest access Guests can use the whole house except the basement and barn. You can have MyQ garage access if you start a free account. I would need an email to send you access. You will get a 4 digit code to enter the property and hit checkmark. To see the numbers hit the Yale logo then type in the numbers and hit checkmark. To lock the house when you leave hit the Yale logo on the top. Please turn off all lights and bathroom fans when you leave the house. You can keep the lights on that are on timers and all outside lights stay on because they have dusk to dawn lights in them for safety. Other things to note All guests will need to provide identification and may sign a short-term lease if staying for longer than a week. The house has many stairs and is not completely childproof. There are some cupboard locks and gates provided but not the child safety doorknob covers. There is a pack and play and bassinet but not completely childproof. It is not recommended to book this reservation if you have toddlers that can walk around and get into cupboards. I prefer that kids be older than 3 and up or infants that can't walk. Guests need to take out the trash on Thursday nights because trash gets picked up really early in the morning from 4AM to 6AM Friday. If trash is not taken out then an extra trash pick up charge will be added of $46.00. Trash is only picked up once a week on Fridays. It must be taken out on Thursday nights. If there is a holiday, trash may be picked up on Saturday. I will inform you of this if that happens.
