The palm trees here produce palm sugar, the favorite ingredient in the milk coffee you drink. When this villa was built, Mang Oleh was worried that the trees would be cut down. In fact, not a single one was lost. Now, guests can enjoy this harvest, while the color of palm sugar inspires the design of the villa—warm, sweet, and authentic.
