Apartment in picturesque Grundsund with a glazed balcony and views of the marina and Bohuslän nature. Shared patio in the front (trampoline removed). Child-friendly area with many children in the area. Two bedrooms with 180 cm bed and 160 cm bed. Bathroom with shower and private laundry room. Dining area inside and on the balcony. 5-minute walk to the bus, Ica, the canal and the harbor. 10-minute walk to the Marina and small sandy beach in Klyftan. More swimming areas and sea walks both within walking and cycling distance. The space Apartment in Grundsund on the ground floor at the entrance and one floor up well inside the apartment. Glazed balcony overlooking the marina and Bohuslän nature. One bedroom has a 180 cm double bed. The second bedroom has a 160 cm double bed. Bathroom with shower and laundry room. Kitchen with dining area and open floor planning towards the living room (we have just switched from red chairs to wooden chairs at the dining area, hence different pictures). Dining area also on the balcony. Tripp trapp chair is available for children, and Ikea Antilop. The lawn at the entrance is available to everyone in the area. Note, the trampoline in the picture is not there. Child-friendly area with many children with the neighbors. Parking with charging box for electric car belongs to the home and is just outside. Guest parking is also available in the area. You can also easily take a bus from Gothenburg all the way to Grundsund. The apartment was built in 2012 and is located in the area called Skolberget. 5 minutes walk to Grundsund center, bus stop, Ica, the canal and the harbor. 10-15 minutes walk to the Marina and small sandy beach in Klyftan. 10-20 minutes walk to the sandy beach and cliffs in Vigene or cliff bath in Skäddhålan or Hålsäcka. More swimming areas of course within cycling distance and also close to Skaftö Golf Club and nice hikes on cliffs or in green areas. Summer communities nearby that can be reached by bike, car, boat, ferry or bus are Stockvik, Fiskebäckskil, Rågårdsvik, Lysekil and Gullholmen. Torp in Uddevalla is a large shopping town that can be reached by bus or about 40 minutes by car. Guest access The entire apartment is available. We lock a closet to be able to put things away. Other things to note You need to bring your own sheets, and clean up after yourself. There are very limited cleaning services on the island during holiday periods.
