Birkethof Studio

The studio is our smallest unit at approximately 37 sqm. It features a combined living and sleeping area, a bathroom, a hallway, a separate kitchen, and a private terrace. Perfect for couples, with or without a small child. The studio is modern and well-appointed. Amenities include underfloor heating, a heated towel rack and a bathtub in the bathroom, a separate entrance, and a private terrace accessible from the kitchen. Garden furniture is, of course, provided. Other things to note The kitchen is equipped with a stove with four burners, oven, large fridge, dishwasher, kettle, toaster, coffee maker, and microwave. Enjoy your little getaway. The apartment can be combined with the adjacent 2-room apartment "Teichblick" or with the ground-floor apartment "Gartenblick," which has two single rooms and is ideal for accompanying teenagers. You are welcome to use the garden, where garden furniture and seat cushions are available. A small grill with accessories is also provided (not available during periods of increased wildfire risk due to weather conditions). We operate in a nature-friendly, climate-resilient, and eco-friendly manner and support "slow travel." For shopping in the area (regional and organic), we provide a list of addresses. The nearest beer garden is easily reached by bike, and a forest walk leads you to the inn in Mittelneufnach. The same trail brings you back to Birkethof. Note for parents: There is an unfenced pond at the eastern edge of the property. For stays of one week or longer, an intermediate cleaning of the apartment, including a change of bathroom and kitchen linens, is mandatory and included in the rental price.
