The studio is our smallest unit at approx. 37 sqm, featuring a combined living and sleeping area, bathroom, hallway, separate kitchen, and a terrace. Ideal for couples, with or without a small child. The studio is modern and well-equipped. Amenities include underfloor heating, towel radiator, bathtub, a private entrance, and a terrace accessible from the kitchen. Garden furniture is provided. Other things to note The kitchen offers a stove with 4 hobs, oven, large fridge, dishwasher, kettle, toaster, coffee maker, and microwave. Enjoy a relaxing break here. The apartment can be combined with the adjacent 2-room apartment "Teichblick" or with the ground-floor apartment "Gartenblick," which has 2 single rooms and is suitable for accompanying teenagers. You are welcome to use the garden, where garden furniture and seat cushions are available. We operate sustainably and support "Slow Travel." For local and organic shopping, we provide a list of addresses. The nearest beer garden is easily reached by bike, and a forest walk leads you to Gasthof Zott in Mittelneufnach. The same trail brings you back to Birkethof. Note for parents: There is an unfenced pond at the eastern edge of the property. For stays of 1 week or more, a mid-stay cleaning including fresh towels and kitchen linen is mandatory.
