Pleasant house located in a hamlet in the green Ardèche near 2 villages of character, Desaignes and Boucieu le Roi (departure of the bike trail). It will allow you to explore the north of the Ardèche. Ideal for hosting vacationers, hikers. There are many walks to do nearby. Located in a hamlet 550 meters above sea level, 1.6 km from the center of the village and 10 km from Lamastre. The space Equipped kitchen, microwave, gas oven, dishwasher, washing machine. Bathroom with shower and toilet. Two bedrooms, one with double bed (140 cm), the other with 1 double bed (140 cm) and 1 bed of 90 cm, TV. The house is renovated and retains the old world charm with lots of stone indoors. On the ground floor: kitchen, living room and bathroom. Upstairs: two bedrooms. The accommodation is private. It is not shared with the owners. Outdoor furniture: 1 table and 5 armchairs, a barbecue is at your disposal near the terrace. You can enjoy the outdoors with the paths from the house that will allow you to go for a walk, hike, pedal. No traffic around the house, the path to the house is a cul-de-sac. Namely: no wifi, but good phone and 4G connection. Presence of 2 adjoining houses including ours. Other remarks: Rental is from the beginning of June to the end of September. Linens and towels are provided.
