Cozy apartment near water and forest – ideal for couples & families Welcome to our lovingly furnished apartment "Galerie" in a quiet location. It is located on the upper floor in the renovated outbuilding of our courtyard and can accommodate two adults and two children. Just a short walk and you are by the water or in the forest. The space This 58-square-meter (624-square-foot) vacation rental offers plenty of space for up to two adults and two children to feel at home: The bright, sun-filled living area invites you to relax in a cozy reading and TV corner. Wooden furniture creates a warm, homely atmosphere in all rooms. A comfortable double bed can be separated from the rest of the room by a curtain if needed – ideal for flexible sleeping situations. In the separate small bedroom, a bunk bed awaits our young guests – cozy and practical at the same time. The open kitchenette is well equipped with a stove, oven, refrigerator (incl. Freezer), coffee machine, toaster, kettle and everything you need to cook. The apartment is rented in the main season from seven nights. Arrival and departure is always on Saturday. In the low season, from three nights, arrival and departure are flexible. Additional costs: Energy costs: €0.35/kWh (approx. €2.00 per day; in the heating season €5.00 - €8.00) These costs are billed in cash on site according to consumption. We recommend arriving by car. Linens, towels and dish towels are included. Tourist tax is not charged.
