Adorable and comfortable 1910 cottage located on quiet country road. Relax at this unique getaway with full kitchen and prepare meals with fresh foods from local farmers markets. Five minutes from downtown Rosendale with its quirky restaurants, shops, art, and movie theater. Minutes from hiking trails and convenient to Hudson Valley towns including New Paltz and Stone Ridge. 12 minutes to Kingston and 30 minutes to Bard College. Farm across the street raises Nigerian Dwarf goats! The space There are two bedrooms upstairs with an additional daybed in the living room. One bathroom downstairs has tub and shower. Full kitchen and dining room. There are woods behind the cottage and across the road our neighbors raise goats and puppies and also roast coffee that we provide to guests. EV charger is available for an additional fee. Guest access Guests have access to the whole house with the exception of an owner's closet. Other things to note This is an older home that’s out in country so it does have its quirks. Also, we regularly treat for pests but at certain times of year you might find a cricket inside (please let us know if you do)!
