Located at the eastern end of the Misool island chain on a small, paradise island, this place is ideal for a relaxing stay away from the crowds. Enjoy the tranquility on the private sandy beach, explore the colorful coral reefs right outside the door or dive into Misool's fascinating underwater world with experienced guides. The comfortable air-conditioned bungalows offer relaxation for solo travelers and families alike. All meals are included. The space The property offers private bungalows with a cozy double bed or two single beds on request. Each bungalow has its own bathroom with toilet and air conditioning for pleasant nights. Due to the remote location, all meals and non-alcoholic beverages are already included in the Airbnb booking, so you can enjoy your stay in the middle of nature without worries. Guest access As we are off the usual routes, we offer a pick-up service to our accommodation on the day of your arrival in Yellu. Other things to note Please note: The information below refers to public transportation. A private boat charter with pickup in Sorong and direct drop-off at our accommodation is also available upon request. To ensure a smooth arrival at our overwater cottages, we have organized transportation details as follows: 1. Arrival at Sorong Airport: • Guests should plan to arrive in Sorong on Tuesdays, as the only ferry from Sorong to Misool now departs every Tuesday at 9 PM. 2. Ferry to Misool: • The ferry leaves Sorong Harbour every Tuesday at 9 PM and arrives in Yellu, Misool the next morning around 6:00 AM. • Upon arrival in Yellu, our team will be there to greet you. We will then board a smaller boat for the final leg of the journey to our homestay on the island. • We are happy to assist you with optional cabin booking on the ferry. (recommended) 3. Return to Sorong: • The return ferry to Sorong is available every Friday, departing from Yellu Harbour at around 7:00 AM. • This ferry arrives in Sorong on Friday around midday, depending on sea conditions. 4. Flight Recommendations: • Please ensure that your departing flight from Sorong is scheduled with sufficient time between the ferry’s arrival and your flight’s departure, as delays due to weather conditions are possible. • We recommend booking flights departing from Sorong after 2:00 PM on Fridays to allow ample time for any unforeseen delays.
