Other things to note English Dear guests, welcome to our home! For your stay to go under the best conditions, please read the following points: 1. Use of the accommodation • Our apartment is first and foremost lodging, designed like a hotel: clean, comfortable, and functional for sleeping and resting. • If you’re looking for a place to stay all day long without any outside activity, this space is not suitable for your plans. 2. Young children • The house is not equipped to accommodate very young children (safety gates, corner protectors, toys, etc.). • Please inform us in advance if you are traveling with children under 3 years old so we can assess the suitability of the lodging. 3. Number of guests • The number of guests specified at booking is strictly limited to what has been approved. • No additional persons may stay in the accommodation or be hosted, even temporarily. • Any excess will be considered a breach of conditions and may lead to additional charges and/or cancellation of the reservation without refund. 4. Hygiene and cleaning • We require our cleaner to visit at least twice a week for stays longer than 7 nights. • For shorter stays, one visit is included in the cleaning fee. • Any extra cleaning (beyond the scheduled time, emergencies, unauthorized pets, etc.) may incur an additional charge at the prevailing hourly rate. 5. No pets • Pets are not allowed in the accommodation. Any undeclared presence will incur additional cleaning and disinfection fees. 6. No smoking • Smoking is strictly prohibited inside the house (cigarettes, e-cigarettes, hookah, etc.). • Any breach will result in restoration fees (deodorization, surface cleaning, replacement of textiles if necessary). 7. Use of the kitchen • The kitchen is equipped for preparing your meals (pots, pans, stovetop, oven, microwave, etc.). • Not allowed: • Indoor grilling (barbecue, griddle) • Intensive frying (high-temperature oil) • Extremely odorous or greasy dishes that can damage the stovetop and impregnate textiles • In case of non-compliance, cleaning or repair fees may be charged. ⸻ 🙏 Thank you for respecting these rules, which are essential to ensure a healthy, comfortable, and safe environment for all our guests!
