Access details are provided a few days before arrival once a quick ID and card verification is completed through our guest app. This is similar to hotel check-in and helps us maintain safety and peace of mind for all guests. Other things to note FIRE SEASON: No open fires are permitted until further notice - this is a state law and must be strictly observed at this time This is a waterfront home in a natural outdoor environment, so you may occasionally see local wildlife and insects — this is part of the relaxed canal-side setting. The home is located in a peaceful residential area, so parties, events and excessive noise are not permitted. For safety and property protection, the exterior of the home may be monitored by security cameras and/or a noise monitoring device. There are no devices inside the home. Pet-friendly - Pets are permitted only with the Manager's prior written approval. Dogs are generally accepted at designated pet-friendly properties, subject to the applicable pet fee and these House Rules. Cats and any other animals require specific written approval before arrival and may be declined at the Manager's discretion. Approval of one type of pet does not constitute approval of any other animal. $150 per pet per stay. - Guests travelling with pets must ensure that pets remain off beds and upholstered furniture, are appropriately supervised, and do not cause damage to the property. Cats must use a suitable litter tray at all times. Guests are responsible for any additional cleaning or damage caused by their pets. Security Hold / Damage Protection - The security deposit or security hold is not a limit of the Guest's liability. Guests remain fully responsible for the full cost of repairing or replacing any damage, specialist cleaning, odour remediation, pest treatment, replacement of furnishings, loss of income or any other losses arising from their stay, regardless of whether those costs exceed the amount of the security deposit. - Security deposits are determined according to the nature and duration of the booking. Extended stays, insurance accommodation and other higher-risk bookings may require a higher security deposit to reflect the increased occupancy period and potential impact on the property. The required security deposit will be advised before arrival. Early check-in and late check-out may be available on request, subject to availability. A cleaner fee of $50 per hour applies. Cot and high chair available upon request (additional fees may apply). This property operates under a firm cancellation policy. We recommend guests take travel insurance. No refunds are given for incorrect booking details, including wrong guest numbers or undeclared pets. Base pricing includes up to 8 guests. The home can accommodate up to 8 guests only.
