The whole sits in 5 acres of woodland and paddocks. Luckford has a large Kitchen/living room with all you would expect in a modern home. Heating is through and Air Source heat pump. There is a downstairs loo by the back door. The lounge has comfortable seating and TV. There is a separate dining area with access to the garden. Upstairs are two en-suite bedrooms. The master is a double whereas bedroom two is two singles that can be zipped together if required. Outside is private parking for two cars, included in a garage with washing machine and dryer. A private, shaded garden with outdoor furniture will be available. Lawns stretch down to the lane. Guest access Access to the grounds around Luckford is free with a gentle slope down towards the lane
