Any smoking inside the home will result in $300 fee. CHECK-IN: Check-in is at 4:00 pm. It is unfortunately not always possible to accommodate an early check-in. However, we'll do our best to let you know if they finish early, but until then plan on a 4pm check-in. CHECKOUT: Checkout is at 11:00 am. Please help by returning the unit to the condition you got it as much as possible. LATE ARRIVAL: Checking in after 10 p.m. please be mindful of the noise level from opening and closing car doors, car lock beeps, etc. as neighbors are sleeping. You will be arriving in a residential neighborhood with children and pets. NOISE: Quiet hours are from 10pm - 7am. No loud music outside at any time of day. Parties and/or large gatherings are not permitted at this property in any shape or form. Tenant is required to pay all fines incurred from violating local ordinances.
