The exclusive panoramic terrace offers a breathtaking view of the surrounding hills up to the Argentario, in complete privacy. 10 min from the thermal baths of Saturnia, 30 min from the Argentario, 1h from Lake Bolsena and Mount Amiata The space The apartment, located on the first floor of a portion of a historic farmhouse from the 1700s, consists of a living/dining room with a fireplace with a beautiful cast iron wood-burning stove, two characteristic and elegant triple bedrooms, a large bathroom with a bathtub/shower, a kitchen and, going up to the second floor, a panoramic (view of the Argentario coast) sun terrace with an outdoor shower. The apartment, about 120 m2, is equipped with all comforts (unlimited wi-fi, air conditioners, mosquito nets, TV), but fully preserves its Tuscan rural spirit. The stone walls and wooden beams are original from the 18th century, the floor is in rough antique terracotta, and there is valuable period furniture, such as the dining table dating back to the 17th century, and the wardrobe of one of the two rooms, made in the 18th century. This one-of-a-kind accommodation is completed by several collections of paintings, most of which are from the Livorno school. The view from all the windows is of the surrounding countryside, and from most of them the view extends to the sea of the Argentario, managing to see, on clear days, as far as the Island of Giglio and Corsica. The sun terrace, equipped with outdoor furniture (table, sun loungers, umbrella), offers maximum privacy to relax in a quiet space and with a great view. Guest access The farmhouse is accessed from a small door overlooking the small square of the village. There will be only one flight of antique stairs to climb to reach the apartment, whose entrance door is right in front of the stairs.
