Amiata The space The apartment, located on the first floor of a portion of a historic 18th-century farmhouse, consists of a living/dining room with a fireplace with a beautiful cast iron wood stove, two characteristic and elegant triple bedrooms, a large bathroom with a tub/shower, a kitchen and, going up to the second floor, a panoramic (view of the Argentario coast) sun terrace with an outdoor shower. The apartment, of about 120 m2, is equipped with all the comforts (unlimited Wi-Fi, air conditioners, mosquito nets, TV), but fully preserves its rural Tuscan spirit. The stone walls and wooden beams date back to the 1700s, the floor is in rough antique terracotta, and there is period furniture of great value, such as the dining table dating back to 1600, and the wardrobe of one of the two bedrooms, built in the 1700s. This one-of-a-kind accommodation is completed by several collections of paintings, most of which are from the Livorno school. The view from all the windows is of the surrounding countryside, and from most of them the gaze sweeps to the Argentario sea, managing to see, on clear days, as far as the Island of Giglio and Corsica. The sun terrace, equipped with outdoor furniture (table, sunbeds, umbrella), offers maximum privacy to relax in a quiet space with a great view. Guest access The farmhouse is accessed through a small door overlooking the small village square. There will be only one flight of ancient stairs to climb to get to the apartment, whose entrance door is right in front of the stairs.
