Welcome to our house located in Nérigean, a haven of peace between vineyards and countryside, ideally located to discover the most beautiful sites in the region: 📍 20 min: Bordeaux ring road 📍 15 min from Saint-Émilion 📍 1 hour from the Bassin d'Arcachon 🌿 The garden is fully fenced, perfect for enjoying the outdoors with family or with your four-legged companions, who are welcome at no extra cost! 🛒 A Carrefour Contact is just a 2-minute drive away, open 7 days a week until 8 p.m. The space 🛏️ Comfort & tranquility The house has 3 bedrooms: - One bedroom with a queen size bed and a folding crib - One bedroom with 140 cm double bed - A railroad-style bedroom (accessible from the master bedroom by crossing the net) with a 90 cm pull-out bed that can provide 2 sleeping spaces 1 extra mattress (90 cm) available for an additional bed. Each room is equipped with a TV. Only the living room TV is a Smart TV; the others require your own equipment (Amazon Fire Stick, Chromecast, etc.). Bed linen, tea towels and bath mats are provided. Bath towels are not provided but can be provided on request at the rate of €5/person. 🔥 Cozy atmosphere The pellet stove ensures a warm and cozy atmosphere in the winter. 🥰 A hammock suspended in the living room invites you to take a peaceful nap or enjoy a moment of reading up high 🍽️ Fully equipped kitchen Everything is provided for cooking or just enjoying a good coffee: American fridge Dishwasher Oven and microwave Senseo coffee machine (pods provided) Basic spices and condiments Washing machine & dryer (⚠️ detergent not included) Charcoal BBQ available (charcoal not included) 📶 Other amenities Free Wi-Fi Private parking on site Security camera located outside, at the parking lot at the entrance to the property.
