[Accommodation Guidelines] To ensure a comfortable stay, please observe the following rules. ●Maximum Occupancy The maximum occupancy is 4 guests; however, the space is most comfortable for 3 guests. Due to bed weight limits and safety considerations, we kindly ask that groups of 4 adults do not stay in the room. Thank you for your understanding. ●Neighborhood Considerations The property is located in a quiet residential area. Please be considerate of neighbors, especially after 9:00 PM. If excessive noise or disruptive behavior results in a police or security company intervention, a penalty fee of 30,000 JPY per incident will be charged. ●Check-Out Check-out time is 11:00 AM. Please be punctual. If check-out is delayed without prior notice, an additional fee of 3,000 JPY per 10 minutes will be charged. ●About Key and Valuables Management Please make sure to lock the door at all times. We are not responsible for any theft or loss that may occur during your stay. If you lose the key, please report it to us immediately. In case of loss, the lock will be replaced for security reasons, and a replacement fee of 30,000 yen will be charged. Thank you for your understanding. ●Smoking is strictly prohibited on the premises Smoking is strictly prohibited in all areas of our facility. This includes the use of e-cigarettes, incense, and any other items that may leave a lingering odor. If smoking is detected or if an odor remains that cannot be removed through standard cleaning, a special deodorization cleaning fee of 50,000 yen will be charged, in addition to labor and special handling fees. We appreciate your understanding and cooperation. ●Wi-Fi Wi-Fi speed may vary in certain areas. The average speed is 400Mbps. If you require high-speed Wi-Fi, please consider this before booking. ●Towels Each guest is provided with one face towel and one bath towel. Additional towels are not provided. If needed, please use the washing machine or a nearby coin laundry (6-minute walk). ●Storage Space The upper shelf of the closet may be used for luggage storage. Please refrain from using the lower section. ●Amenities Toilet paper and detergent are provided. Please do not use the stored supplies in the lower closet section. ●For Non-Japanese Guests According to Japanese law, all non-Japanese guests must provide a copy of their passport and complete a guest registration form with their full name, address, contact information, nationality, and passport number. Failure to comply will result in cancellation of the reservation. ●For Japanese Guests Japanese guests are required to fill out a guest registration form, including full name, address, contact details, and nationality. Failure to comply will result in cancellation of the reservation. ●Parking There is no free parking on-site, but a nearby coin parking lot with 7 spaces is available. Please check availability before use. ●Kitchen For hygiene reasons, condiments and seasonings are not provided. ●Additional Rules ・Shoes must be removed inside the apartment. If there are any traces indicating that shoes were worn indoors, a special cleaning fee of 50,000 JPY will be charged. ・There is no cleaning service during your stay. For long-term stays, additional cleaning can be arranged for an extra fee. ・A cleaning fee of 50,000 JPY will be charged if vomiting stains are found. ・Any damage to furniture or appliances will be charged accordingly. ・If any linen is stained with blood or other substances, please be sure to contact us. If we are notified, we will handle the stain with bleach or other cleaning methods, and only charge the actual cost if the item cannot be reused. However, if we do not receive prior notice, we may charge an additional handling fee along with the replacement cost. Thank you for your understanding. ・For safety and to prevent any trouble, only registered guests are allowed to enter the property. If we confirm that unregistered individuals have entered the premises, we will charge the accommodation fee for each additional person. Please be aware that if you do not comply, it may be considered unlawful entry and reported to the police. If someone other than the registered guest needs to enter due to unavoidable circumstances, please contact us in advance.
