312 Bay View is a 3 bedroomed caravan situated in Lydstep Haven Holiday Park in Pembrokeshire. It is centrally located on site, with private parking, Wifi, and a sea view. Lydstep Beach is used exclusively by guests, with vehicle access restricted to those staying on site, or visitors. Lydstep is located just 5 miles from Tenby, one of Wales' most popular tourist destinations, and is part of the Pembrokeshire Coast National Park, with miles of coastal paths to explore. The space This three bedroom caravan can sleep up to 8 in total. It has a master bedroom with a double bed, an en-suite shower room, a further two twin bedrooms and a double sofa bed in the lounge. The family bathroom has walk in shower, WC and sink. The open plan layout has a fully fitted kitchen and dining table to seat 6. The lounge area has large patio doors, freestanding sofas, a smart TV and fireplace. The van is equipped with Wifi. It is double glazed and has central heating, providing warmth in the colder months. Outside there is a large wraparound decking area with patio furniture, with sea views. There is parking outside the caravan for one car, with additional parking available outside reception. Bed linen and towels are provided. Sorry but this property is not pet friendly. As the caravan is located on a Haven site, private guests have access to the clubhouse and on site facilities. Access to the pool and children's activities are possible with a Haven play pass, which can be purchased after you have booked. More information can be found below. Guest access You will have access to the whole caravan, and entrance is via a couple of steps at the side of the van. The caravan is a few minutes walk from the beach, and the Pembrokeshire coastal path runs through the park, with access to it on both sides. During the peak season there are water sports available from the beach. Please check with Haven when you arrive. The Manor House is around 5 minutes walk which is where you will find the restaurant, bar with large outdoor seating area and entertainment, and reception a few minute's stroll where you'll find a local shop for all your essentials. There is also a launderette and children's play park on site. Other things to note Lydstep Caravan & Lodge Hire Ltd is based at Lydstep beach Village, which is a Haven run site. Many of the facilities on site can be enjoyed by all guests, however, if you wish to use the swimming pool or access any bookable activities, then you will need to purchase a play pass. Please note that you do not require passes to enter the clubhouse, restaurant and bar, arcade, site shop, launderette or to watch the entertainment. In order to purchase a play pass, we need to register your stay on site with Haven. We will contact you to ask for the information we need and then once registered, you will receive an email from Haven with a code which will allow you to purchase your pass. Please note, the play passes are only available to purchase in advance on 4 night stays from Monday to Friday, 3 night stays from Friday to Monday and 7 or 14 night stays from Monday, Friday and Saturdays. All other bookings will only be able to purchase play passes on arrival at the main reception.
